By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Free Services
- Free Google SEO Setup: Includes basic setup of Google Search Console only. Advanced SEO services are not included unless specifically agreed upon.
- Free Admin Panel: Provided only for dynamic web applications. Not included for static websites (e.g., simple HTML/CSS sites).
- Free Hosting: Available only for websites using geo domains priced under $6, and is subject to availability at the time of the project.
- Project Support: Support is available during the active project period. Continued support beyond the project timeline requires a separate maintenance agreement.
- Mobile App Maintenance: Free for one month after delivery. Ongoing maintenance after this period will be billed separately.
- Website Maintenance: Free for one month after the site goes live. After that, maintenance will only be provided under a paid plan if the client opts in.
- Free Lead management system: Our free lead management system is only available for customers who paid for our landing page package
2. Pricing and Payment
- Payment Terms: A 50% upfront deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is payable based on milestones or upon project completion, as agreed.
- Timely Payments: All payments must be made on time. Delays in payment may result in paused work or project delivery delays.
- Service Hold Rights: We reserve the right to pause or terminate services if payments are not made as agreed.
3. Project Scope and Changes
- Clients must provide required assets (e.g., logos, written content, images) promptly to avoid project delays.
- Any new features or changes beyond the originally agreed project scope will require a revised quote and may result in additional costs.
- Project timelines depend on prompt feedback and asset delivery from the client. Delays may shift delivery timelines.
4. Intellectual Property
- Upon receiving full payment, the client will own the final deliverables of the project.
- We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
- Any third-party plugins or software used are governed by their own license agreements, and clients are responsible for compliance.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
- We only collect personal data necessary to deliver our services (e.g., name, email, phone number, billing information).
- All data is handled with care. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required by law or to process payments by payment gateway.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Non-Refundable Deposit: The upfront deposit is non-refundable once project work has commenced.
- Cancellation Requests: Must be submitted in writing. Any refund issued will be calculated based on the work completed up to that point.
- Termination Rights: We may terminate a project without refund in cases of client misconduct, breach of terms, or non-payment.
7. Liability and Warranty
- We do not guarantee specific results such as increased traffic, sales, or leads as outcomes vary by industry and strategy.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or products.
- Clients are responsible for securing backups and ensuring proper protection of their content and data.
